Administrivia: New domain name

I've moved this blog to a new domain name (blog.heterodoxhomosexual.com), although the old one (heterodoxhomosexual.blogspot.com) should work indefinitely. The conversion process ate my blogroll, which I had to rebuild by hand from a cached copy of the blog. If you see any other glitches, please let me know.
