They're both on Constitutional issues, and they're the last letters here and here. It seems that everyone likes the Constitution, as long as it backs up our personal opinions of what it should say. That doesn't sound familiar, does it?

Ah yes - the unintended consequences of "do-good legislation."
You say: "I am no longer a Republican because I am just not capable of the required level of double-think."
Many of the social conservatives in the GOP fail to realize their "double-think" but the GOP is still the lesser of two evils - unless you like having a SCOTUS full of radical feminazis.
